OCTRIVIA is a trivia website that ROCKS the most awesome music trivia quizzes. In this game, you will be given two song titles, typically the most popular or highest chart-topping hits of a band or artist. All you have to do is name the band or artist–but here’s the catch…each answer has a numeral 2 or the letters TWO in order somewhere in the name. Making this multiple choice makes it much more accessible. You probably won’t be pulling the last two hairs out of your head with this trivia quiz. Quizzes on this Trivia Website focused on Music
So far, I’ve created eight different quizzes focused solely on music trivia. My hope was to be able to play music clips but with copyright crusaders (aka a-holes ha ha), there’s no way this could happen. So, that means, NO FUN for us. Still, I have found a way to incorporate some awesome music trivia games on this site even without actually playing music. Here are 3 of my favorite ones.
- 80’s Music Trivia – 1980’s sing along, can you tell me, what is the song? This was a lot of fun to create. I wrote out a line or two from about 15 different eighties songs and you have to name the song title. Very fun and challenging, especially if you struggle with 80’s tunes!
- Hot and cold song titles – Based in the lyrics and artist, what is the correct song title? Your clue is, each song has either the word hot or cold (or both) in the title. The caveat is it could be part of a larger word like Colder or Hottest.
- Name The Directional Band or Artist – In this trivia quiz, I give you a few song titles and you have to name the band or artist. The sweetener is, each name will have a direction in it. This could be east, west, up, or down!
